Pleiku Est Centre was born on August 2, 2022 (pending authorities approval). Est Centre is the first in a chain of EST centres located in several parts of Vietnam. CONGRATULATIONS PLEIKU EST CENTRE!
2v. What is EST?
EST (Education Skill Training) Centre is a place of skill training for learners so that they can both have a happy personal life and create material wealth for society. Hopefully that will be a life with dignity, for the sake of society and humanity.
3v. What are the main activities of Pleiku Est Centre?
The Advisory Board, Management Council and the Board of Directors of Pleiku Est Centre will formally decide which activities are prioritised.
However, according to the “Flock of Kingfishers” with the skills of catching fish on their wings, there are 6 areas (depending on Pleiku Centre’s capacity, choose the appropriate fields to prioritise first). To know what the programs are, please read: https://estbirds.com
4v. Six key programs:
- Recruiting English teachers and other types of teachers from developed countries to come to Vietnam to teach is of great important. Gia Lai Province with its capital city Pleiku is the biggest geographical province of Vietnam. Around 30 ethnic groups live in remote and isolated areas and their social-economic status is all times far below the poverty line. Closing gaps in education in this province would help improve their quality of life and create happy communities.
- Bringing many more all types of students from Vietnam to study and work in Australia and developed countries. Once graduated, if they wish, they can apply to settle permanently in these countries.
- Organising regularly many educational discovery tours to visit developed countries, especially Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States…
- Introducing Vietnamese business people with strong investment potential in the real estate sector in Australia. With this kind of investment, they can bring many Vietnamese people and their families to Australia to work and after their graduation, they can apply to settle in these new countries. With this project, many new towns and cities will be born within a decade or so.
- Planning to encourage graduates, both Australian students and international students graduated from Australian universities to come to Vietnam to further study, to do internships at enterprises, and/or to establish businesses either by themselves or with their Vietnamese partners. With their participations, they will gradually build up a new harmonious culture in these regions.
- Encouraging skilled and professional Vietnamese to Australia, New Zealand and other developed countries to continue to studying, work, and then are gradually settling down in the new lands.
